Organisations
Overview
Organisations are the one thing the domains share: the company that filed, the sponsor that ran the trial, the university that was funded, the labeller on the drug. 4.58M of them, 5.52M aliases, 5.30M links reaching 2.66M documents — so “what has this company been up to” is one lookup and then one call per domain, instead of a name match in each.
A link is not always an identifier. 1.09M were matched on a CIK or a ticker, 1.13M on a name that is unambiguous, and 3.08M by adjudicating 79,867 spellings with a model (mean confidence 0.81). Every link says which it was — method is id, exact_unique or llm, the last with a score — so a reader can weigh it. One organisation often holds ids in several registries at once, a university with its ROR and its EDGAR cik and its GLEIF lei, and all of them come back together.
linked: filings 1.09M of 1.09M · grants 1.03M of 1.31M · trials 510k of 600k · drugs 31k of 257k
Drugs are thin on purpose: most labellers are small repackagers that no registry lists. Federal Register issuers and CVE vendors are next.
